1. 적용 범위

이 방침은 주식회사 라이프비기닝(이하 "회사")의 내부 업무 시스템에 들어 있는 "라이프비기닝 캘린더"(구글 캘린더 연동 기능)와 이 웹사이트(lifebeginning.co.kr)에 적용됩니다. 이 기능은 회사 임직원이 본인의 구글 계정을 직접 연결할 때만 작동합니다.

2. 회사가 접근하는 구글 사용자 데이터

• 연결한 구글 계정의 이메일 주소: 어느 구글 계정이 연결되어 있는지 확인하기 위해 사용합니다.
• 구글 캘린더 일정(제목, 날짜와 시간, 장소, 설명, 반복 정보): 요청하는 권한은 https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events 하나입니다.

3. 사용 목적

회사 업무 시스템의 일정을 임직원 본인의 구글 캘린더에 반영하고, 본인의 구글 캘린더 일정을 업무 시스템의 본인 개인 일정으로 가져오는 기능을 제공하기 위해서만 사용합니다. 광고, 마케팅, 프로필 작성, 그 밖의 다른 목적으로는 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 저장과 보호

• 정보는 회사가 운영하는 서버에 저장합니다. 구글 접근 권한 토큰은 암호화해서 보관합니다.
• 업무 시스템으로 가져온 구글 일정은 연결한 본인에게만 보입니다. 다른 임직원에게 공유되지 않습니다.
• 시스템 접근은 로그인한 임직원으로 제한하며, 접근 권한이 있는 관리자도 구글 일정 내용을 열람하거나 다른 목적으로 쓰지 않습니다.

5. 제3자 제공과 사용 제한

• 구글에서 받은 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령이 요구하는 경우는 예외입니다.
• 이 정보를 광고에 사용하지 않으며, 인공지능이나 머신러닝 모델을 학습시키는 데 사용하지 않습니다.
• 사람이 이 정보를 읽는 것은 사용자의 요청이 있거나, 보안 문제를 조사해야 하거나, 법령을 지켜야 하는 경우로 제한합니다.

6. 보관 기간과 삭제

• 임직원이 업무 시스템에서 구글 연결을 끊으면 보관 중인 접근 권한 토큰과 구글에서 가져온 일정을 함께 삭제합니다.
• 임직원은 구글 계정의 권한 관리 화면(myaccount.google.com/permissions)에서 언제든 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 회사는 더 이상 구글 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
• 퇴직한 임직원의 계정은 퇴직 시 연결을 끊고 위와 같이 삭제합니다.

7. 웹사이트

이 웹사이트는 방문자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 광고나 방문 분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 글꼴은 구글 글꼴 서비스에서 불러옵니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to "Lifebeginning Calendar", the Google Calendar integration inside the internal business system of Lifebeginning Co., Ltd. ("we"), and to this website (lifebeginning.co.kr). The integration works only when an employee connects their own Google account.

2. Google user data we access

• The email address of the connected Google account, used to show which account is connected.
• Google Calendar events (title, date and time, location, description, recurrence). We request one scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.

3. How we use it

We use this data only to show events from our internal system in the employee's own Google Calendar, and to bring the employee's own Google Calendar events into their personal calendar in our internal system. We do not use it for advertising, marketing, profiling or any other purpose.

4. Storage and protection

• Data is stored on servers operated by us. Google access tokens are stored encrypted.
• Google events imported into the internal system are visible only to the employee who connected the account. They are not shared with other employees.
• Access to the system is limited to signed-in employees. Administrators do not read imported Google events or use them for other purposes.

5. Sharing and limited use

• We do not sell information received from Google or share it with third parties, except where required by law.
• We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• People at our company read this data only with the user's consent, to investigate a security issue, or to comply with law.

Lifebeginning's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention and deletion

• When an employee disconnects Google in the internal system, we delete the stored access tokens and the events imported from Google.
• Employees can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation we can no longer access their Google data.
• When an employee leaves the company, their connection is disconnected and data is deleted as above.

7. Website

This website does not collect personal information from visitors and uses no advertising or analytics tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
